spanning a table on multiple pages
helper function to make links to elements with custom text
- i.e. #link_number("додаток %", @link_to_element), where the % will be substittuted with element's number, and the whole resulting text will point to the link location.
use bibliography styling from this repo instead of styling it manually

Fancy stuff:

if not already present, end list items with ; and . for last one
~~capitalize the first sentence letter in nested lists~~ subjective, see #7.
